Lourigym International Summer Festival
REGISTRATION
Provisional registrations will be open on December 1th, 2020 through February 15th, 2021.
Please download the provisional registration form and email us to lourigym@gmail.com, with Team name, Country, Contact Details and approximate number of gymnasts, coaches, etc. You will receive a confirmation email.
You are not required to provide payment with the provisional registration, but you must inform your provisional Pack option.
Due to limited occupation capacity at our schools, some teams will be informed of placement on a waiting list.
From March 15th, 2021 until March 31st, 2021, participants must send payment of 25% of the chosen Pack.
The final payment will be due between April 15th, 2021 and April 30th, 2021.

If a participant needs to cancel his participation:
1 – Until June 7th, 2021 the total payment will be refunded;
2 – after June 8th, 2021, 75% of the total payment will be refunded;
*If we are forced to cancel the event, all payments made to date will be promptly refunded.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
– All performance locations (indoor and outdoor) will be equipped with floor exercise Mats (14 m x 14 m, 1 m x 2 m x 10 cm and 3 m x 2 m x 30 cm), as well as by other gymnastics equipment requested by the delegations.
– The training places (indoor) will be equipped with the same equipment of the performances places.
– Performances will take place outdoors in the afternoon and evening. The Final Gala will take place at our indoor location.
– Maximum time for each performance is 15’.
– Professionally installed sound equipment with CD and USB playing options.
